Julia Bwoma

Trainee Solicitor &County Court Advocate

Julia has a LLB Law degree and a LLM both from BPP University, London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015 by Gray’s Inn having successfully completed her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at City University, London and graded as ‘Very Competent’.

Prior to joining Else Solicitors LLP, she was the legal assistant to Mark Anderson QC of No5 Chambers assisting him in his trio roles of Head of Chambers, Deputy High Court Judge and Queen’s Counsel. She provided support in numerous cases including O’Connor v Bar Standards Board (2017) UKSC 78; CF Booth Ltd, Re (2017) EWHC 457 (Ch); Enfield LBC v Jossa (2017) EWHC 2749 (Ch); Gill v Anami Holdings Ltd, Chancery Division, 25 November 2016; Sherlock Homes International Society, Re (2016) EWHC 1392 (Ch) and R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union (2016) EWHC 2768.

In her free time, Julia enjoys youth mentoring and is a speaker at various youth events organised by various organisations such as Girl Child Network Worldwide and Lift Effects Organisation. She also enjoys playing badminton with her family and friends.
