Sale of 360 Solutions (UK) Ltd

Else Solicitors are proud to confirm that they acted for 360 Solutions (UK) Ltd in their recent sale to telco and IT giant Arrow Business Communications Ltd.

Burton based 360 Solutions specialise in the provision of telco and IT services to a wide range of businesses and organisations. Their main focus is in the legal sector. The business was set up by Oliver and Sam Marsden in 2003, with Oliver serving as the CEO. He will remain at 360 Solutions along with the other shareholders as the business continues to trade as normal.
