Amiee O’Toole joined Else as a Newly Qualified Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department in 2014.
Amiee completed her training contract (based in London) in a Legal 500 National Law firm. Amiee had gained two years experience in a niche commercial law firm in Birmingham with a split employment and litigation case load prior to commencing her training contract.
Amiee has experience in commercial and civil litigation. Amiee has advised on matters relating to commercial contract disputes, fiduciary duties of directors, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and injunctive proceedings.
Amiee also deals with corporate and personal insolvency litigation and construction litigation.
Amiee’s key services include:-
- Pursuing or defending commercial disputes including the issue of County Court or High Court proceedings.
- Pursuing or defending property disputes.
- Advising on commercial settlements.
- Pursuit of professional negligence claims against professional advisers.
- Construction disputes.
Amiee loves going to the cinema in her spare time in addition to spending time with her younger siblings. She is keen to explore the world often having travel plans.
