The golf day is the second Else Solicitors event to take place in the last 2 months supporting Burton YMCA and the charity is one which the firm and Chris Else are passionate about supporting.
Chris Else, Managing Partner at Else Solicitors, said:
“It was a great day, seeing businesses, friends and colleagues come together to raise funds for a very worthy cause.
“The YMCA is under pressure to deliver food parcels as well as provide accommodation to help people off the streets who would otherwise be homeless, so we are delighted to support them and help them continue their great work locally.”
Burton YMCA believes that everyone deserves a place to call home and to be supported in times of crisis. As well as accommodation they provide practical and emotional support and emergency food to those in crisis. They also have four stores providing affordable furniture for families across Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
