Javenpreet re-joined Else in May 2023 and has worked in firms in Derbyshire having qualified at a niche firm in Derby.
Javenpreet is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Team and her area of practice covers a wide variety of disputes with particular focus on Commercial Litigation such as Contractual Disputes, Professional Negligence Disputes and Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
Javenpreet is always keen to ensure that one eye is kept firmly on resolving disputes by way of alternative dispute resolution wherever possible so as to resolve a dispute in the most cost effective and time efficient manner for her clients with a view to minimising the inherent litigation risk and cost exposure faced by clients. Javenpreet seeks to deliver her advice in clear, straight- forward and concise terms with her client’s best interest in mind.
