Rebecca Fradley

Rebecca qualified as Solicitor in 2008 following completion of her training contract and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.

Rebecca joined Else in September 2023 as a Solicitor in our litigation department and has over 15 years’ experience practising in the East Midlands. Rebecca has gained considerable experience in advising and assisting both individuals and businesses on a broad spectrum of disputes including commercial and property related disputes and is regularly instructed on fast track and multi-track claims in the County Court, Lands Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. She is known for her open and honest manner and advice, actively seeking solutions to assist her clients and is committed to resolving disputes in a cost effective manner. Rebecca is also experienced in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

As a commercial lawyer, Rebecca appreciates that business reputations can be at stake and in all matters is keen to keep a focus on clear, pragmatic, commercial advice.
