Georgina Haley

Georgina is a Trainee Solicitor working within the Commercial Property team at Else Solicitors LLP.

Georgina graduated from Nottingham law school in 2021 with her undergraduate law degree. Following her degree Georgina worked In a National Tax and Trust Corporation managing all aspects of trusts. She took a particular interest in conveyancing and property which led to her joining Else Solicitors in 2022.

Key Services

Georgina assists the Commercial Property team at Else with all aspects of property transactions including purchases, sales and leases, from taking initial instructions from clients through to completion.

She assists our clients with providing replies to property enquiries and gathering information on properties, and by liaising with all parties to help keep transactions moving forward efficiently. She also ensures that post-completion formalities such as Land Registry, HMRC and Companies House filings are dealt with on time.

Interests

In her spare time Georgina likes to explore new places and go to the gym. She is keen to get involved with charity work, recently walking a midnight marathon, and previously spending a Month in Ecuador digging foundations for a medical centre and teaching English to the children. Georgina enjoys Skiing and anything adventure based, she has recently completed her first skydive.
