A Thorny Issue – Japanese Knotweed

Invasive plants like Japanese Knotweed can pose a serious threat to biodiversity, and the structural integrity of buildings.

Japanese Knotweed is a key issue on the purchase, sale or lease of a property, and infestations can lead to neighbour disputes and litigation.

In 2013 I had my first experience of ELSE solicitors was when I was having awful issues with my own solicitor regarding my fathers estate.

Just recently I have amended my Will and was advised by Kathryn to have a POA in place which I have now done.
