New Year – New Deal

Else Solicitors are ‘on fire’ as they complete transaction within first two working days of the New Year.

Within days of being back in the office after the festive holiday, Head of Corporate and Commercial, Adam Gilbert has completed a deal for client, Brit Sec Limited in the purchase of UK Fire and Security Systems.

Burton based Brit Sec Limited acquired the entire issued share capital of Derbyshire based UK Fire and Security Systems Limited for an undisclosed sum. UK Fire and Security Systems Limited are providers of life safety and security systems such as fire alarms, security alarms, door entry and CCTV which complements the existing services that the Brit Sec group provide in terms of man guarding, system monitoring and key holding services.
